as property developers, we currently have a property project pipeline of R140m in Braamfontein and Pretoria Gardens both in student accommodation

we are in the process of performing a due diligence analysis for another 280 student bed deal in Doornfontein, if successful it will add another R40m to the existing pipeline asset base  taking the group to a projected R180m property portfolio by the end of 2023 – Both the Braamfontein and Pretoria Gardens projects will be completed in 2022.

We are excited and proud  that we have raised R22m in equity through Section12J in years 2020 and 2021and are on course to raise another R25m for the 2022 SARS financial year end, giving the group a total equity raise of R47m over 3 years, this valuable equity injection will enable the company to double its asset base over the next 5 years.
